Inner Change; why is there so much pain?

With Love all darkness disappears. Light can now shine through leaving no room for the dark.
When
Fear enters, which seems to be more prevalent these days with all the
unnecessary worry; the negative feelings are often magnified by thought.
The
power of creation all starts in the mind. A simple thought can become
convoluted with emotion, and even worse with stress. Any pain that is felt
or the one that has quietly subsided in time, with thought the pain starts a
path of healing, or resistance. Pain is a message from the body to do
something, and when one listens the path becomes 'choice'.
What
is your body telling you? Perhaps it is to simply slow down or change it up.
Maybe the old issues need attending to before progress can be made. Say we are
talking about an injury that has not been rehabilitated to its fullest, and it
has become a thorn in your side only to return to you once again, but this time
it has become more complicated. Maybe your pain has changed, yet still from the
same cause, however, you weren't aware of this. The pain and the reason why you
had treatments is not such a big deal anymore, since it has moved to a
different area, so you figure that problem is solved.
Is
it time to do the simple mundane tasks by paying attention to your injury/
pain? Or have you been too connected with that old story?
There
are major differences when one looks at the physical - your body, and the
mental - your mind. The body is not as powerful as the mind. The body is only
doing what the mind suggests to do. There is no fear coming from the body’s
perspective, however; the mind is full of fear, and thoughts. What are you
afraid of? Fear is always a sign of strain. When one is divided in thought and
cannot make up the mind, a simple choice can bring up fear. The unexpected
is whirling around with no where to land, this is also known as
separation, but we won't get into that here.
Physical
pain is usually caused by an injury to the body. This you can relate to. It is
easy to have something to blame as the cause, such as; a car accident,
sports related injuries, or any trauma in all of which seems to be out of your
control. There is, however, your choice on what to do to get your mobility and
strength back. There are many ways to feel pain and discomfort, so avoiding
exercise may seem logical. It is never logical to stop moving, or exercising as
we all know that moving is the only way to be successful in your recovery.
Mental
pain is what you create with your mind. This is something we have control over.
The thoughts are yours; nobody else can create it unless you allow it. There is
power in this ability to create with your mind. We all have heard of positive
thinking as a way to visualize what you want, and you may have even tried it
once or twice. Sometimes, however, there is disease and unexplained events that
can be the excuse or cause of this mental disturbance.
The one thing we can all relate to is pain, although we all know that
pain is completely subjective. Are you in pain now? Where is it? Why do you
still have it? Do you understand your pain? Do you log your pain? How often do
you talk about it? Were you told what it is, or what it was?
In
my mind, pain is only here to guide me on what I need to do, and a lot of what
not to do. Let’s consider pain on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being call 9.1.1.
Anything less than a 5 I consider a sensation, not pain. Discomfort is a
great place to be to incorporate change. Yoga uses this theory very well.
You are the only one that can free yourself and your pain. It would do you good to realize that you are not your pain; it is separate from everything you really are. Everything in your life is from your creation. Think about it, but be cautious not to think too much. Thoughts are created by you! The power of creation is evident.
The body is
learning from your mind. What you think matters. On this note, create ease
and acceptance with a touch of compassion. It is time to love the self. With your
body and your mind, healing can occur by breathing consciously. Stop...
Breathe
in. Breathe out.
Nice long inhale via the tummy, with a slow exhale without forcing the pecs to be involved. When you start to think too much, stop everything and just breathe. Don't allow for another thought. Count if you have to, and remain focused for 1 - 60 minutes. You may create profound thoughts as a result. Worry will banish as there is no room for fear in your breath, your life.

Your
breath is the final answer.
I
am here to share with you, stop looking for answers. The answers are already
here, and it is simple and easy. Stop looking for the complicated. The time is
Now. Action is yours to own. The research is there to reflect on, not to dwell
on. The judgment made when others provided feedback is now your perception, or best known as your final judgment.
