Posture Assessment
Fascia is connected to everything!
With our innate ability to feel regardless of whether we are interested in knowing what is happening underneath our skin, the matrix connects to everything (which is directly attached to the fascia).
Does that mean that we can tap into our own sensitivities? As we draw in more sensation to our body's subtleties the movement with applied conscious breathing shows we can now detect what is happening.
Posture Assessment
Each session will
include a deep, or fascia release treatment, and depending on the
individual's experience with deep tissue massage and personal sensitivity
levels will determine the appropriate depth. Not everyone wants a deep
massage, and it is my intention to educate the person about trigger points
and why one may have them.
Everyone has them, even babies do, however, knowing why and how to manage them will help prevent them from reoccurring.

1st session 1.5 hrs = $200.00 + tax = $210.00 (posture assessment included)
1 hour = $150.00
1.5 hours = $175.00
